My Story
Have you ever said yes, when you meant no? Have you ever gone over the boundaries of your body? Have you experienced challenging life situations and events that have caused stress and heartache? Have you ever been touched in ways that were not honouring, consensual or kind? Have you experienced loss and grief? Have you experienced any kind of emotional, physical or spiritual trauma?

All of these moments are stored in the body.

And they can cause so much unnecessary suffering.

My journey of healing has been long and at times very challenging.

At 26 I was given an advanced precancerous diagnosis and doctors wanted to remove parts of my yoni. I refused and instead I healed myself holistically with diet, therapy and by listening to my body.
This journey then led me to also heal myself of endometriosis, irritable bowel syndrome, painful periods, pain during sex and a whole range of emotional patterns and dysfunctional behaviours that were causing a lot of discomfort and pain in my life.

Then a while back I found a lump on my cervix and all the fear came flooding back.
It was then that I found the path of the womb. I studied and learned how to connect to Her and to awaken the abundance of wisdom and healing potential held there.
I journeyed deep into the essence of my own womb and I was guided to touch myself in ways that unlocked a whole other level of personal and intergenerational trauma.

It was utterly mind and body blowing.

I wept like never before.

This journey called on me to bring together everything I had been studying and using over the last 20 years.

It was a combination of inner child healing, trauma release, hypnotherapy, ancestral healing, music therapy, bodywork, massage, tantra and sacred sexual healing.

It was excruciating, exquisite and life changing. The lump dissolved, my womb health restored and the relationship to my womb is stronger than ever. And, I now know that if I am presented with anything physical in my womb or the rest of my body, that it is most probably asking for me to feel, listen and heal in some way.

I am eternally grateful for everything I have been blessed to learn in this experience.

Since then I have thrown myself into further studies and practice and have created this embodied form of multi disciplinary methodology.

I am committed to bringing this healing to as many people as possible. We are so often told that nothing can be done to heal our conditions and that we will have to live our lives with medication, constant pain management, emotional distress and that we will have to learn to 'deal with it'.
This is simply not true.

The body must be included in our healing work. It holds all the answers and carries the burden of our pain and can unlock the powerful forces of healing when we activate our life force and use touch to direct energy to lovingly dissolve our troubles and clear the way for life to flow freely through us.

With so much love,

Rhia x
